Yaipi.ee gamification platform for sales teams

I led the development of a gamification platform for sales teams.
Yaipi allows sales team leaders to create multiple sales games. Each game can have multiple sales targets and prizes for hitting the targets. The leader can configure different rules for targets. Prizes can be picked from ones provided by the platform manager or by the team leader.
Each game comes with a leaderboard and visualization as a race on a map. Sales team members are notified when they are close to hitting a target, if someone has passed them, etc.
My role:
- Worked with the customer to map business needs and create UI mockups
- Did detailed analysis and provided estimates for the budget
- Created tasks for the UI designer
- Developed the app
- Chose and set up new hosting.
- Automated testing, code quality checks, and deployments
- Maintained the code and hosting
