ERPLY Shopify integration

Led the building of the ERPLY Shopify integration while working for ERPLY.
The integration allows adding an ERPLY POS to your existing Shopify store and exporting the product catalog to ERPLY. If the customer has an ERPLY account, then it allows them to open up a Shopify store and export products from ERPLY to Shopify. Sales made on Shopify get imported to ERPLY, so products sold online can be returned to the physical stores. Inventory for web stores can be separate or shared with physical stores.
My role:
- Worked with pilot customers to map the business requirements
- Researched the technical solution for the integration
- Split the requirements into tasks
- Divided the tasks among my teammates
- Programmed the main parts of the integration
- Created end-user documentation
- Did training for the support personnel
- Gathered feedback from pilot customers and made improvements
