Led the building of a modern version of the ERPLY Warehouse App. The app allowed mobile phones to be used as inventory scanners to receive goods, take stock, move stock between warehouses, pick and pack, etc.
My role:
- Mapped the features of the legacy app
- Mapped new requirements for the app
- Decided on a technical solution
- Coordinated work for the development team
- Worked with pilot customers to test and improve the app
- Communicated with sales and support
