I led the building app that allows exporting sales orders to Merit Aktiva accounting software.
My role:
- Identified the demand for Shopify Merit Aktiva integration
- Planned the integration and built proof of concept
- Created tasks for the developer, conducted code review and acceptance testing
- Created marketing and support materials
- Onboarded pilot customers
- Tracked app performance and submitted improvements
